  1. The russians are a very cultured & peaceful people. Their state media has repeated this many time. They just want to be left alone so they can peacefully wipe Ukraine off the map. They think it is very narrow-minded that the West won't let them go about that unopposed. In putin's speech he said what he had to say to lift up the people of Orclandia. Who already know we think of them as knuckle-dragging Neanderthals.
