  2. This has already been done last summer. It was speculated threats of sinking the Black Sea fleet would result. It is not known whether dense little putin responded but that isn't needed. Many in the kremlin are well aware of what would happen. I might agree that to restate it just in case anybody forgot might be a good idea.
