@margaridacosta270 Oh how sweet!! I think Costa is alluding to the the vaunted Blyatistan nuclear forces. He thinks russia could get an arm of their military they never use, to work much better than the branch of their military they use all the time. LOL!! Launching decrepit missiles for the demented Tsar. The order to launch would never reach the silos. Good naïve thinking though. I'm sure it brings a tear to little putin's eyes. LOL!!
