One thing that gets respect from Russia & sometimes makes them back down is a show of strength. Destroying the Kerch Bridge would be an excellent way to show the time of worrying about what the Kremlin thinks is over. It may be time for them to worry about what we think. I personally think most countries that say they are against Russia's aggression are too weak in their resolve to make this work. It would be nice to have a united voice.

The cowards of congress. I won't limit it to just one chamber or just one party. Just the cowards of congress. Even the Prez was giving out very limited help when he was able to. Very tentative help like he was digging into his own pockets and regretted it. But most of all Johnson, Gaetz, Greene, and others that not only withhold funding but give putin's talking points.

There was a very bad over reaction to the ambush that disabled 4 to 10 pieces of Ukrainian armor. Very knee-jerk. Even if Ryan is right or you are, the Orcs are still responsible!!
59
@Marcustheseer According the the Orc troll.
55
Being one that follows state media in Orclandia, I have found that many of their broadcasts are much more grounded in reality now. This is astounding. They still have a long way to go but it is getting better. Solovyov sat quietly the other day as his expert guest told him an isolated russia may find it very difficult to recover after this war. I can't tell you how monumental this change is.
54
Best use of my tax dollars in decades. And a lot of it is already equipment that wouldn't be used anyway. So no cost to the tax payer at all. The least we can do for the war effort.
54
They are a pretty good reverse barometer.

The American company KFC has exited russia fully. It is only the russian lessee that refuses to take down signage. You have to be careful before you vent rage. I have suprising companies that have gone back too russia & opened store with different names.
35
Most normal people would have rebelled by now.
33
Does anyone know if the assistant in NATO still has a job? Sounds like giving comfort & aid to the enemy for suggesting such a thing.
32
@rat_king2801 The US taxpayers that are interested in Ukraine are the opposite of losing interest.. We are actually getting fired up from the 'dawdling' of our government. It may be necessary to donate directly to Ukraine & let them get the stuff they need through procurement. Rather than depend on drip feeding thru the government.

I had visited Russia a few times and studied Russian history before & after visits. Long personal story no one wants to hear about. I thought I knew Russian mentality. And I do for a few people. But I also found situations that were just 'messed up'. I'm thinking now I have barely scratched the surface. Most of the country is 'messed up'.
27
Not me . . . I'm a crotchety old guy. Not admitting my mistakes makes me look like putin. LOL!! Now if I could only get thousands of trolls to convince you all I'm right all the time.
24
@AADP I think so too. But trump is digging rhetoric so deep he would find it hard to come back up for air. It is a 'defo' no support for Ukraine now. I did have hope he might give a little if elected. Best we can hope for now is he doesn't give support to russia. What a nightmare.
24
I believe they have shot down 1 Imperials Cruiser & 14 Tie fighters too.
23
I'm retired on a fixed income but I bet I can spare $20 US.
20
How will the Orc blame it on carelessness when the GLSDB starts falling?
20
@vladislav4o2010 So . . . Lord Farquaad in the Kremlin 'hasn't started anything serious yet'? One begins to wonder what will force his hand to do something serious. I think you will see the rest of the Ukrainian army (less reserves) in the very near future. And it won't be anyone in Bakhmut right now. LOL!!
20
@ThousandCuts-tb2ej That is very sweet that Marcus only has the best interests of Ukraine at heart.
20
@krivdaa9627 Awww. That is so cute. You typed it all out like 'War Crimes R Us' putin told you to write it out. LOL!!
20
@ricardas16 I would say it won't happen. There are already rumblings of discontent in the provinces. But it is much more likely that one of the circles of power in the kremlin will have a team of FSB agents (or whoever) escort him from the stage.
19
@slugface322 By giving Ukraine & Taiwan the assistance when they need it, we ARE securing our borders. Not just drip feeding like the Dems do or shut aid off like the Reps do. But give full help & support plus be thankful it isn't us that goes to war.
19
@AstroGremlinAmerican I think . . . Ukraine's whole plan is to NOT be like russia. Cleaver thinking though. I like the poetic justice.
19
@@polymorphism1464 Because Kosta's script from putin tells him Ukraine is lossing. LOL!!
19
Jake, the drone weren't just over any old district in moscow. This was a very affluent area. So affluent, they have influence on putin to at least pull some anti aircraft back to protect them. The drones didn't really hit anything. But the anti aircraft bringing down remnants did. This is a perfect strike by Ukraine & I expect to see more of these daylight drone attacks. They are definitely meant to be seen.
18
I think you put too much faith in the news reports you hear. If anything, support is growing stronger.
18
@bobbytookalook For totally unrelated events that never happened I will always know who to ask now. Thanks bobby. Gay boy putin should really come up with new material though.
17
I think we see why the front line is only issued 5 to 6 rounds unless they are about to go head long at the enemy. I know many are issued one grenade. So it is likely they will never get close to command. There should be ways for other accidents. But officers are probably well versed on all these.
17
@Curmudgeon2 Little putin couldn't have a much better hip-pocket politician in the US than Johnson.
16
Best use of my tax dollars in decades. 😂
16
@JakeBroe Fancy seein' the boss here. Have to straighten up & wipe all the eggnog from my mustache.
16
Le Figaro is the French newspaper. 😁It is really astounding how the russians have trapped themselves. Then how ineptly they try to get themselves out of it.
15
The latest doom & gloom stories increase viewership & readership. Thereby allowing the news agency to sell more adds. It has nothing to do with telling the truth. It is like a big popularity contest. Or what gets you the most attention.
15
So desperate putin finds some conscripts in the far east of Russia. So he sends the pride of the mighty russian airforce, the IL-76 to pick up a load of Evil Ivans. The pilot gets about half way to Ukraine & announce, ‘Men, we have lost our number 4 engine. There is no reason to worry. It won’t affect our ability to fly. But it will delay our trip by about one hour.’. Later he announces, ‘Men we have lost engine number 3. There is still no need to worry, but this will delay our trip by 2 hours.;.Sure enough just a little while later he announces number 2 engine is out & they will now be delayed 4 hours. After putting down the microphone the pilot says to the co-pilot, ‘If that last engine goes out, we will be up here all day. . . . TADA!!!
15
Many that have done these crime have already been dealt with. The real putin would never let anyone that close. They might step on putin's big, floppy clown shoes & trip him up.
15
@jilbertb Nope. These are AFU number & they only list dead. The total casualties are calculated by others but not the AFU. Reuters made an estimate of about 100,000 wounded a few months back. The low ratio is low level of care, wounded left where they lay to die later, their own troops shooting the Orcs rather than carry them. Etcetera. I will wait for the books to come out afterwards for a little more accurate count.
15
The Kinzhal missile strikes show perhaps more vividly than anything how the orcs are losing the war badly. The Kinzhal is meant to be a high speed, long range (debatable how far), missile used against high value targets against enemies with sophisticated air defense. Up until recently Ukraine had little air defense & russia is punching 200-300 million dollar holes in a field with them. I'm not kidding. Even at russia's discount for state sponsored weapons, they still cost between 200 to 300 million dollars each!!
14
@ian-nz-2000 Very true & even worse is these would be run by warlords basically with almost as many grudges against their neighbors as they have against moscow. The same thing was thought in 1989 & 1991 though.
13
He wouldn't, but he has to be careful because his citizenry knows how to deal with tyrants. It takes them a while. But even the apathetic russian does have a breaking point.
13
Enforcing what they have now would be a great start. It is very hard to track down gray markets but there are somethings that can be done.
13
@squirrley9 They did a little research to count up the obituaries that have been posted in russia. She also said that there were no doubt duplicates that weren't accounted for but those missing & with no one that cares to post an obit probably means more that 287K. I got the feeling she meant many more than 287K. The stunning thing is, someone allowed her to broadcast that. And it probably wasn't Tsar Oompa-Loompa. This is really telling.
13
Battle Mosquitoes have NeuraLink installed by Elon Musk . . . I can see that. They know, they know all too well. (Oh!! Scaring myself thinking too much like a propagandist)
13
Find the candidate that strongly supports Ukraine & help them out in the primaries. Some of the Rep do strongly support Ukraine. No reason to just feel bad & do nothing. When the Prez election comes along, then vote Dem if you need to. Simple.
12
@abehonest8987 Nice try Boris. She said russian losses & russian obituaries.
12
@LordEmperorHyperion Seems like the trolls get more brutal as they get more desperate. LOL!!
11
@ThePorkchop1787 Those are numbers from the AFU. Believe them if you want to or not. It is of no consequence.
11
Well let's see . . . Invasion of Transnistria '92. The violent put down of an uprising in Dagastan in '93. A completely independent country at the time. Provoking war in Abkhazian '92. Invasion of Chechnya in '94 & '99. S. Ossetia in 2008. Invasion of Ukraine in 2014 & 2022. Syria? Do you get the idea I'm trying to imagine what you suggest?
10
@voidvoidvoid7274 We all do what we can.
10
@meatrealwishes Who is MOD? OH!! You meant MOST . . . Ministry of Stolen Toilets. ~Innocent Look~
10
@jimness5902 It was put to a vote. People there said the older crowd from the country had an overpowering turn out in the election. They prefer a strongman leader. The progressives it the cities had no chance to win.
