  10.  @E3ECO  The nukes aren't the problem. Getting a launch order through several people (many of whom are paid by CIA or MI6) would almost be impossible. Mad Vlad would be arrested about a minute & a half of issuing that order. They may be about to arrest him anyway. That would tip the scale.

  14. If you recall, Ukraine was advising against all the furor about russian invading. They didn't want to stir up a hornet's nest. In early February. But your point is well taken. UA is the rest of the world needed to be much quicker.
