  1. I think you are confusing a legislative body with a room full of lawyers, Jake. I know there is a smattering of Dentist & Engineers in Congress. As you pointed out a stripper or two. But most are just basically Lawyers.

  2. I just want to tell you that there is a chance the US government didn't ask Ukraine through back channels or otherwise to not bomb refineries. I wouldn't put it past the intelligence community to put a bug in Ukraine's ear. But It could be the Financial Times story got the wrong info from their 'unnamed source'.
