@politican4thepeople303 All internet service goes through a service provider. If the service blocks it, there is no way around it. Unless Starlink is your provider. But they aren't likely to help. There are other satellite providers but bulky antennas. Most of the young people in the cities already know or suspect. Older people in the provinces won't have computers. It would be an interesting puzzle to solve though. Satellite TV? Probably not.

It always astounds me when people ignorant of how things like tidal waves from nuclear blasts or electro-mag pulse shutting down all electronics don't really know in the slightest how they work. Simonyan stating what would happen with EMP isn't on the level of Orc officials 'nuking Yellowstone to start a super volcano' or a new Tsunami Torpedo inundating the UK. But it comes pretty close. I think it is time for the sane world to explain to 'pоссия мир' how things work. Well . . . Except congressmen that think ED mixed with energy drinks would keep it up all night. LOL!!

@krisstopher8259 I'm in the US & I don't want to see anyone as the 'World Police'. Which would imply a world court with complete control over all countries. Not even to mention a world legislative body to make the laws. I can not imagine a more dystopic 1984/Terminator scenario. I wish the world pulled together when evil is recognized.

@rogerrussell9544 It is a tricky question. If the war goes on for many years both sides will get war weary. I think putin will have been ousted long before that. If Ukraine waits until they are completely back to 2013 border, they will lose their leverage. They may become a minor player in negotiations to end sanctions. If putin loses (or isolates) any part of Crimea I think we see putin gone. The one replacing him will not want any part of putin's folly & will want to extricate ASAP. Winning the peace could be every bit a nightmare winning the war was.

@pullpete The only thing weird about the Dems doing this is they sided with the fringe group they oppose so much. They could have kept McCarthy but decided to band with some of the worst on the other side of the isle. It was not a good look for them. Not as bad as the fringe right itself, but still pretty bad.
