  1. Astrakhan then Tatarstan. Both are very independence minded. The more than 80 Oblasts, Krais, and other federal districts wouldn't form all separate countries. Some would band together & form maybe 15 or 20 new countries. Would I want to see this? No. I would have to see the grievances in each case. So . . . Maybe. Some have had their rich resources plundered for a long time & it only enriched Moscow. It would be very interesting & exciting times in a new break away republic.
