@pacifist9805 Lend/Lease means send the weapons no matter what & maybe you get the money back. Sometimes part back. Sometime none of it back like USSR in WW2. Stalin claimed the 'Debt was paid in full with Russian blood'. And I tend to agree with him on this one point.
