  2.  @maggieliz1059  Might be a US citizen just an émigré. They will slowly build the numbers. No where near 5000. LOL!! There will be others needing some. I disagree with the slow pace. I sorta understand why but they do so at the loss of many Ukrainian that die in too large numbers.
