14:25 Even worse for Russia is there is no way to transport oil to other customers. Very few will allow there ships to go into service for a country where shipping insurance would be astronomical. It would take a lot of tankers to make up for the amount going through pipelines. Besides the fact most wouldn't want their ships in the service of Russia and China would be very cool on the idea of building pipeline, Russia may be "Hoisted on it's own Petard".

@mikek.1761 Sustaining production is extremely doable. Getting petroleum & gas from foreign sources is the problem. And I'm not saying getting it from the US, Saudi Arabia, UAE, etc is any better. But it would be temporary. All World economies are suffering. It is how bad do they want to do the right thing. It really is as simple as that.

@mikek.1761 Mmmm. I don't see the same thing going west at all. Norway would just open up reserves (pipelines are already in place) & the UK pipelines. Natural gas fields are in Europe. And until they can tap into those, you would use LNG carriers from North America. It is not a simple as it sounds but quite 'doable'.
