  1. I think putin announcing an end to the military operation & starting his terrorist operation tomorrow is telling that HE is the one that wants to destroy russia. We will see. I hope I'm wrong but we will know in hours whether sweeping new powers are declared against the russian people. I don't think there will be any noticeable effect on the war. Maybe a few more bodies thrown into the fray. It won't increase orc war production. But it will put citizens more 'under the thumb' of a madman.
