@franckdebzh7608 Much of the provinces aren't too bad. But then you run across a disaster. And no one fixes the roads etc. Because nothing or anyone is important there. Past the Urals more house holds have no running water & in a land of gas production no one has gas heat. It is a hodge podge of what officials pays bribes to the federal government. But a lot would surprise you too.

Right after the Pskov attack, bombers that weren't destroyed soon had a rather fuzzy gray covering that some speculated was a high tech cloaking to break up the outline of the plane. New more high resolution satellite images have come out. They threw some truck tires on top of the plane to protect them from the shrapnel damage. Truck tires!! And the world belly laughs at russia.

@SplendidFactor There is a more stark example of why it wasn't. In 1994 Apparently Yeltsin couldn't tolerate an independent state of Muslims in russia. He declared the first war (or military blunder) and the russians got their butts whipped badly. Chechnya is a small country at the time of 3 mil people. They had no Western support like Ukraine but it was admittedly a smaller attacking force also. So a smaller country, a 10th of the population, no Western support, and surrounded on 3 sides by russia sent the Orcs packing. Going back to Afghanistan . . . The Orcs again did their Keystone Cop routine. The hand writing was on the wall in 2022 Ukraine but putin isn't a good student of his own history.
