A little publicized story came out today the Orc space agency came out saying they were so successful turning their lunar lander into an impactor, they have decided on a manned mission to the Sun. Pandemonium broke out at the press conferrence & the Orc head of the project held up his hands. 'Please, we have thought about all the points you bring up . . . That is why we have decided to go at night'. The russian press corp broke out in applause.

  12.  @charlesstai3905  Ummm . . . No. A country at war OR with territorial disputes, would not be allowed in for obvious reasons. NATO isn't going to bend too much to allow UA into the club. And accession during a cease fire would make no sense.
