@tamirhalperin2404 Shit-for-brain putin really screwed up when he violated the Minsk agreement. Now that is long gone & no need to even refer to it anymore. Except to illustrate you make a deal with the Orcs & they just break it later when the time suits them. Right now the AFU is negotiating very effectively with the russians & talks will probably bear a very nice agreement soon. LOL!! The tsar has no clothes.
