@emisociedadanonima Putin has had several examples of no actions would be taken by the West. He should have seen the changing tide, I will agree with you there. But not much happened in '96. I think the West thought Orcs getting beaten back by Chechnya was enough. In '99, '08 (Georgia), 2014 (Ukraine), etc. He actually had good reasoning. Except his Imperial ambitions of course.

@hb1338 I think one of the trolls made a valid point. 'Did you think putin really planned to take Kyiv with 30,000 troups?' And of course this was what he planned. It would taken a complete melt down of a city of 3 million and was completely naïve on his part. Anything except complete capitulation wouldn't have mattered taking Hostomel or not. We will never know whether I'm right or not. But I think it was putin living in a fantasy world. Imagine his military planner at the time, trying to draw up such a plan & thinking how mad putin must be at the same time? LOL!!

Just had some fanciful thoughts about what Broadway tunes little putin whistles in the shower. @samgragas8467 They don't have near as many drones as human eyes from a height. Looking at the battlefield from a drone is a little like you seeing it looking through a drinking straw. LOL!! Drones simply extend those eyes further for a closer look at different angles. Good observation & points made from a normally lying troll though. Good job, Sam.
