Others have gotten medals from putin for the very same thing. Maybe this general is particularly tall & putin didn't want to get a step stool to pin a medal on his chest. So it is obvious that he will have to disappear.

@AlbertScoot The Orcs are probably more well prepared for this tactic than any military in the world. Never thought I would give them credit for something. Leaflets released on them hasn't worked either. They did fall for somethings. But the are watched over by those order to shoot anyone deserting.
