But then putin changed the constitution to make himself president for life & it got more restrictive. 1994 & 1999 1st & 2nd Chechnyan wars & the Orcs sat at home cheering on the slaughter. Not putin btw. 2008 S. Ossetia, the Orcs sat in front of their TV's & cheered. Syria, 1st & 2nd wars in Ukraine . . . 30 years with 2 leaders across incursions of Dagestan & Central Asia . . . Attacking weaker neighbors. What are we supposed to think about the russian populace that constantly is helpless flotsam on a sea of political whims they can do nothing about? And most of it they were perfectly free to speak out & protest but very few did. It isn't naive at all to think they should have acted by now on their own government. I should have been demanded by the world community long ago. All of them will wear 'the stain' for generations now as country that can't control it's hoard.
