As soon as a NATO fighter gets there, they will find out the special surprises that await the Orc air defense. LOL!! They are already keeping units away from the front line with AFU just having ground based hunter/killers. Many Orc aircraft don't venture out of russian airspace. They should be embarrassed but State TV seems to celebrate their lack of prowess.

@laurie9557 A strength & a weakness. Each country is free to make it's own systems as it sees fit meeting only a few NATO standards. But this is a weakness too since many systems work completely different. I don't think anyone envisioned dumping a lot of them into one country. The logistics must be a nightmare in Ukraine. Differences I see as a strength too.

@virtual2152 It is assumed that russia would have deep penetrating ordnance. Maybe not as good as the West but they do have some. So how deep would you sink that Baby? The same outrageous expense can be used for improved air defense over a much larger area.

@andrejsurdevics6476 True. They may not be at the bottom of the list to go to Ukraine but they are far down the list. Their real danger may come as a new russia is formed. Not one that would look favorably on them. They might even have new laws to prosecute them.

@craigjackson8898 Famous last words of warriors since the Napoleonic wars. I can see another mutiny starting tomorrow & this maybe over within a week. I also see AFU reaching Crimea before the bad weather. I would be careful about making it a prediction though. Maybe the Orc citizens will find some courage.

@mattsmith-ri3lp I don't think they have any plans to invade russia to destroy it. Maybe dim-wit putin may cause russian to implode & splinter off into new countries. And that may happen before the factory is finished.

@hb1338 No one since Saddam Hussein has seriously considered building an underground factory . . . Okay . . . Maybe Kim Jung-Un. So nobody sane considers it. Even most military facilities will be above ground.

@angiemack5325 There is no evidence that russia or was involved in any of this. It would be nice if they were but I doubt the apathetic boiling point has been reached yet.

Their is good evidence that factions in the FSB is working against putin. I doubt there would be a huge kerfuffle about a UA flag there. In fact, they may have been in no hurry to strike it down. Hoping he will weaken to the point they can usher their man in his place. As does the Duma plan, and military, and many others.

@rusmapper If you are saying this is proof russians aren't cowards. There is no proof that Ukrainian saboteurs didn't do this. Maybe the same group that struck the airfield? Any act of defiance against the government will not be bravery. It is just playing catch up over the last couple of decades of not standing up to putin.
