  1. We do have to respect the Russian experts on this. Because if anyone knows about taking tiny chunks of land & taking a week to do it . . . What I don't understand it Russia takes a week for small piece of land & the trolls trumpet it as complete victory. Ukraine takes a lot more in a few days & it is a failure of Ukraine. Doesn't quite fit the narrative. Maybe a double standard? Hummm

  2. Hmmm. Ukraine draws attention in the west so Russia has to respond. Draws Russian personnel away from places in the East. Ukraine finds the weak spots left behind . . . Would you think it plausible?

  3.  @EaglePicking  AWACS does play a big part that most people don't know about. I personally would let Ukraine grab all the glory though. AWACS & other assets just pass information. I don't think the Ukrainians need many coaches but I'm sure they ask sometimes.

  4.  @paullakowski2509  Me too. Getting old is hell init? Lived long enough to see 'whoop ass' put on them. And I may live long enough to see Russia become 15 or 20 independent nations. These are heady times.
