  1. On the plus side for 2022 russia they have a lot more tanks than in 1941 (on paper) to start this conflict. On the negative side, most are in Siberia storage sitting in rusty puddles of water & can only build a few new T-62s that are stripped down versions. Even if a lot of tanks are destroyed or captured, they have the capacity for more. Even if their new stuff is sub par, it can do a lot of damage. I think the orcs freezing in place with no winter gear is a much better bet.

  3.  Johnny H Johns  There are google views of those depots. He has a lot of work. When they tried to go into production it was found they could only build new T-62s. And stripped down versions of those. They also store T-55s.

  4. Giving the Ukraininas a false sense of security thinking, 'Even the russians can't be that stupid' . . . Might just be the way to go for the russians. Seriously, I think as more & more of the newly conscripted come in, there is a chance they might take Bakhmut. Just by shear weight of numbers. It is very important to someone on the russian side.
