  2. The Orcs have violated their own military doctrine many times. It isn't much of a strategy in the 21st century but it can be effective is some cases. In defense on line 0 you have your throw-away personnel. The bulk on line 1 that are experienced to slow the advance even further. Then line 2 you have heavy armor & best troops to advance to plug holes in line 1. They now advance mechanized units (probably from political pressure) to stop ANY advance on line 0. It has become a free for all with many parts of line 1 & 2 with little coverage.

  6. It really is hard sometimes to judge whether Ukraine really is that good or the Orcs are more determined to lose. I suspect AFU are no super warriors but very good and brainless putin & his circus clown car of a military make the AFU look like geniuses. The same conditions existed in 1994 in the first Chechnyan war. Russia got spanked then too.

  7. Close . . . The Soviet tactic of throw away troops in the zero line, more experienced in line 1, and quick strike armor on the 2nd, has been abandoned. In a rush not to lose ANY territory, they have brought up armor & more experienced troops to defend the zero line. I won't say line 1 & 2 are ghost towns, but they are 'under defended'.

  8. Good thinking. Let the Orcs peacefully kill all the civilians under their control. I think the AFU is negotiating a lasting peace right now with the russian ministry of stolen toilets. Let's let those negotiation continue to see if we can get a lasting peace. One where the Orcs never attack a weaker neighbor for no reason.
