@bertjilk3456 All Western fighters are certified for rough field landings. The F-18 does have a 'smash & hook' rating for carrier use. The F-18 would be more forgiving on a new pilot slamming it onto the ground but that is about it.

There is propaganda on both sides. Ukraine mainly just keeps quiet rather than lies all the time like the Orcs do. But with tensions building against russia & the Baltics, it does no harm to mention about groups inside russia. Whether it is true or not, kinda depends. When you give accurate info, your enemy listens even when you lie.

@brinjoness3386 I have seen this said before. The restrictions on the use of weapons isn't some order that came from 'On High' from any one nation. It is mutually agree upon by a large majority of all of them. Of which, Australia may be in the discussion. Any of them may remove those restriction on anything they send. I think this process goes far too slow but they do have their reasons. These reasons vary but mainly they don't want a retaliatory massive strike on Ukraine. No, not nukes but they have other weapons of mass destruction. So there is a method to the madness but the process does go far too slow in my opinion.

@beachbum77979 It isn't uncommon for trolls to delete their comment if they are ripped too badly by others or really slam putin hard. Simple as calling putin Mad Dog or Stupid Little putin. The troll farms hate that & will have them deleted. It doesn't work all the time.

@02markcal There will be few drones used in the future. People are working all over the world to develop jammers that will bring these down en masse. Right now, they are limited numbers & range. So the real 'Drone Wars' is right now while counter measure are being developed. Unless they have satellite comm. I say few in the future . . . Maybe the 3rd conflict down the line there will be new ways to communicate & the drones will be back.

@electronwave4551 In the past, generals fought like in the last war until they were forced to change. Could they come up with something? Anything is possible. But I just wouldn't count on it. And now it is known to be a force to consider there will be 'measure-countermeasure' even in peace time.
