  1. Pootie-Baby dropped the ball. He realizes he has no more influence & no longer controls events. Maybe his Army (2nd worst in the world) can buy him more time by trying to retreat more slowly. Maybe his Navy can protect itself & not suffer anymore damage. I doubt it, buy maybe.
