  2.  @blablup1214  It is an interesting question. The russians certainly did cheer on Priggy's Mutiny as it marched on moscow. That was a russian effort that was almost pulled off by what they saw as another russian strong man (i.e. someone suitable to be leader). A foreign effort would probably meet stiff resistance. As decrepit as their society is, I wouldn't count on a lot of capitulation.

  5.  @Gerrard_Pike2008 Already know the answer. NATO is a mutual defense organization. Not an organization for the defense of other nations. That particular scenario was saved in case putin did anything really stupid. Okay, not a good phrase. In case he did anything more insane than he had already done. The NATO charter is written to prevent such adventures. But they were considering it.

  9.  @MrCobalt  Until the dim wit putin runs out of rubles. It could be that some there are now just threatened to be sent to the front if they don't continue to shill for them. That is much cheaper than paying them. Many I think are still paid but I bet some that aren't that good are already being extorted.
