@JerryCash-go4ng The last time the Chinese were in a Florida port was in 2015. And it wasn't in Jacksonville. Even if they were, that would be about as far away from Cuba as you can get in Florida. So did these Chinese ships get lost & take a polar route to Cuba. Do tell us more about this.
