@hb1338 Yet strangely they control the flow on 4 upstream dams & could get the flow to a trickle to literally walk across. We will see it they do that now or use the bridge equipment.

But big daddy putin is already being seen inside russia as a weak & rather pathetic figure. Winning on the battlefield for either side won't be needed once stupid little putin is removed from office.
