  1. Hi Anna from Ukraine!! Actually negotiations have already ended on 12 February 2015. There is no need do more talks. Now Ukraine gets to negotiate with the russians as they regroup (gloriously) all the way out back into russia. Ukraine has gotten pretty good at negotiating skills in recent weeks in fact. Realistically if russia want a cease fire, they must start returning all POW's to start. This will complete within 1 week with all the dead & documentation outlining what happened. They probably can't meet the deadline so continue fighting when they fail. If they do meet that goal, continue the cease fire if they start returning the displaced civilians to be completed within one month. That would be a tall order but you may get some of them back. Failing to meet this daily goal & start fighting again. There is no reason to rush into a cease fire right now. But it would be good if the winter months will not allow much military action.
