  1. If it is just lighting a string of LED's will run hours on a battery then just recharge the battery when you have power. Heating is more problematic. You had a video with a wood burning stove. But in an apartment you have no chimney & their could be a severe shortage of wood. Too many videos on YouTube & the internet lie about methods to keep warm. Beware of flower pot heaters & so on. They will provide very little heat. Get a cat or small dog to snuggle with. Good luck with it.
