  1. It gives perspective to why their is so much attention given to the war dead that comes back. Even the soldiers on long deployment are warmly welcomed home by strangers. It is many generations since my own country had civilians on the front line. But we do have a collective memory of it. Your students should all endeavor to make the most of life. There is golden age for Ukraine that is coming. I'm not sure it will be one of the rising powers in the world, but it might be. 😁
