  1. No, I don't believe WW3 has started. In fact, I believe we are moving further from it every day. A conventional WW3 is possible sometime in the near future but very unlikely. The reason the Chinese have started to build up their nuclear forces is because they probably know russian nukes are pretty decrepit like the rest of their army & the West gets stronger in intercepting the few that they can launch. I think China & some 'wildcats' like Iran or DPRK do hold potential but are probably pretty powerless too. I do worry about China attacking some russian territories if they break up or get too weak. Surprisingly the world could rally around a newly formed county in what is the far east of russia now to help it protect itself from China similar to what we do now in Ukraine. Very odd world we live in.
