  1. I find the assumption that their decrepit nuclear forces (which they never use) will work amazingly better than their decrepit conventional forces (that they use all the time) inspiring. That really brings a tear to my eye that they have so much faith that their missileers could get anything off the ground at all. I'm sure the garden gnome tsar in the kremlin would be touched & tear up too. Most non-believers think the human launch chain would break down totally. Solovyov is a clown.
