I would have thought some mention would be made of the Bakhmut battle having been completely pushed back. I guess it's best not to mention the gains that took months to get were all gone in 48 hours.

When you get down to it, the base interests of any country is all they care about. But taking some paranoid view that 'nobody cares about my interests' doesn't do any good either. Finesse their thinking to more of your way of thinking. No country (not even Russia) is ONLY involved with their own interests.
