  2. How does China get a ship launch wrong? Corruption. All the competent ship builders were either in prison or the ones left were pressured to change the design for the glory of the CCP.

  3.  @dosidicusgigas1376  I doubt they could have done counter flood that quickly. Maybe this is common in Chinese shipyards & they have a new way. Water flooding in that fast probably would have burst threw bulkheads though. So doubtful.
