  1. Russian retail/dining can of course survive without Western brands. But they can't survive (notable exceptions) without customers. Right now I'm told many are pinching pennies for higher food prices & possible rising rents. Some retail can thrive but not many. Even grocery carts aren't as full as in the past. Good video.
