  15.  @grimaffiliations3671  you do understand that it’s the imf that dictates what a counties does if they don’t put in austerity the imf will down grade the country making it more expensive to borrow money. So even if Labour was in power there would be austerity.

I’m trying to explain to you why the uk has austerity as well as Europe and it has nothing to do with the tories. If you had Labour in or another gov after 2008 you would have had austerity. It’s due to spending stupid amounts of money selling the gold etc to bail out the banks. If you have debt you have to pay it back this causes cuts in services or higher taxes. There are plenty of good videos on countries debt management. Issue is most Brits are too stupid to understand debt crisis.

  28.  @diogorodrigues747  come back to me when France over takes the uk you do know that France’s gdp was bigger than the uk in 2007 to 2014 while the uk was in the eu now it’s far smaller than the uk. You do know Greece in the eu has a smaller gdp that it did in 2007. Most countries of the eu have not grown gdp wise since 2007 and have far smaller gdps than back then. The eu is doing terrible.
