  2.  @MriduNeog-r3x the uk does not have a shortage of workers its people are lazy rather sit on benefits or work 16hrs so they don’t get benefits cut. While the foreign workers pay in for visas and the nhs surcharge get less than they get on benefits and still pay tax. It’s time to cut their benefits and get them working if they want to cut foreign workers.

Who will you want mass migration, you want more people than we can build homes you want low house prices the only way to get these is either to put up rates to stupid levels, which makes landlords get out of the market or to build more homes than we have people coming in to the market each year. No one wants to work in the uk in building so it means you need to import more people which means even less homes as you cannot build homes in a few months it takes years. The issue with house prices is supply and demand but if you talk about this you are a racist. I’m American I came into the uk compared to America prices are much cheaper than the big cities in the USA the rates are lower in the USA our mortgage rates are now 8.5% and rising. People need to make up their mind on what they want mass migration or cheaper homes.

Every Brit I have met in the 8 years of being here is on some form of benefits and cry the nasty tories are not giving them more tax payer money. If you worked why don’t you tell all the people in your family to work. I don’t understand the lazy mentality of Brits crying they are so poor yet not doing anything to get out of it ie work. It’s always blame someone else.

However, with this and human rights anyone who is not on a work visa gets everything free and go forbid this ends. The issue is it’s not free it’s the small amount of tax payers paying for it all. It will collapse in the end as at some point in time your run out of other peoples money.

  17. The big issue I see in the uk is that people want a decent nhs, they all want nurses to be paid. But no one wants to pay more tax. The nhs does not come for free. I know everyone thinks it does but it does not. If you want a better nhs then pay more tax.

  19. Well the only way to get prices down which everyone wants is to put up rates, no one wants landlords so rent goes up. You get what you sow. If you want low house price you get High rents as the landlords get out of the market.

We all earn over 34k a year pay 3 k in visa and nhs surcharge every 2 years pay tax and ni and get no benefits and can still afford to live in the uk. Brits are on uc and complain they don’t get enough free money.

They have become to lazy and to easy to blame everyone else for their issues. Rather than work. They see working 16hrs a week as working and they see getting benefits as a right. They have lost their way and they think it’s due to being out of the eu. It’s not it’s because they are lazy and won’t admit it the people from hk here are doing well because they work. Homes here are far cheaper than in hk so buying a home with less morg and working hard you can do well. The Brits think a home should be given to them for free and if not they blame the foreigners for taking them.

  42.  @markwilkie3677  I am sure it would go well down. The English are getting sick and tired of paying for moaning Scot’s. I have only been in the uk for 6 years and I can see why. The English have the least spent on them and seem to pay for it all. Well there are 50 million living in England so you would expect that but really more money needs to be spent in England. In the USA where I’m from the money earned in the state is spent in the state only a small amount goes to the fed to run the country. This needs to happen In the uk. To me all the money earned in London should be spent in London. Nothing should go to Scotland. If Scotland wants to leave the union then it should be able to run on the money earned in Scotland only.

Really when will people start asking their companies for rises. I am not poor you no why I ask my company for a pay rise each year.
