Why do they need to it’s been 70 years who cares who from today is alive to have done these things oh wait very few it’s time people moved on.

No japan had seen what people have done to the uk and USA and don’t want that there. So they only take in people who won’t do the things they do in the uk or USA. The Japanese living abroad have seen the people dumping their rubbish everywhere they have seen the crime people bring and blame on being minorities or poor. People come to a country for a better life but end up making it a crap hole. The Japanese only want the foreigners who can make money and pay into society not take from it.

That is strange as my kids have both their Japanese passport and my passport when we renewed recently they were told they can keep the Japanese passport until they are 21 then they must choose.

Did my bit two half Japanese children. Hopefully we can move back to Japan one day though. Just so hard to get jobs. Will have to be when I retire I guess.

I guess if you call a name that someone does not like it can be racist. You have to feel would you like a name called to you when you visits another country if the answer is no then it’s probably racist. Some may not mind some will just think if it would upset you then don’t say it.

It’s down to the country but I cannot see why kids born to two nationals should be denied. As they are born to both countries. Will make it so hard for them to choose. It’s very different to migrating to a country and then choosing their nationality.

I have been married to my Japanese wife now for 15 years and together for 20 years. You definitely can find love in Japan. But Japanese like western people are the same looks should not be a thing personality is all that counts. Go for a person you can talk to not just because they are Japanese or western. Looks is lust.

@yo2trader539 still does not seem right as all kids can have duel nationality until they are 21 unless you specifically ask for it to be cancelled. When we lived in hk many of my Japanese friends had British or American citizenship Japanese and hk citizenship
1
@yo2trader539 yes I know that as I said I’m birtish my wife is Japanese we migrated to Hong Kong my kids have British and Japanese and hk nationality not one of us is from Hong Kong but they were able to keep their British nationality and Japanese and their hk as they are under 21. All of my friends kids are the same. When you fill out for a new nationality it asks you if you want to relenquish your original nationality you tick no. My wife cannot get another nationality as she is over 21. So she has Japanese only. If she applies for British Nationality she will have to give up her Japanese passport. However my kids were able to keep all 3. Now please explain to me why my kids can keep a nationality they were not born with.

@yo2trader539 no we loved to hk in 2013 so they don’t have bno passports they have Hong Kong passports we lived in hk for over 8 years so got pr first and then hk passports. This is the reason the can have In Japan, anyone with multiple nationalities needs to choose one. If the multi-citizenship is acquired before the age of 20 then they are to choose one before their 22nd birthday. Those who acquire citizenship of another country after turning 20 must decide which one to keep within a two-year period it is nothing to do with broth anyone under the age of 20 can get 2 or more nationalities
1
@yo2trader539 again we moved to hk in 2013 so nothing to do with the uk
1
@yo2trader539 I think you need to read about Japanese nationality anyone under the age of 20 can get any nationality
1
@yo2trader539 I guess they just don’t want anyone in these counties having duel nationality as the Japanese don’t like it.
1
@yo2trader539 even my wife says she hates it when people her age keep their duel nationality
1
@yo2trader539 yes and again after the age of 21 before this they can have multiple nationalities they need to choose between the age of 20 to 22. I have had it explained to me time and time again at the Japanese embassies when applying for my kids Japanese passports.

Can you tell me who in the government today committed these crimes and can you tell me we’re you around when these happened. If not why do you care time to move on.

@johnluo2963 no they do not the yanks and the Brits did far worse they dropped two nukes on the Japanese. The Chinese over the years have done far worse also and still doing it today the Japanese are a peaceful people now because of it the Chinese and the Brits and the yanks are not. If anything the only ones to have learned form the war are the Japanese the rest still warmonger. Look at what the Chinese are doing in Asia. If anything needs to be denounced it’s the Chinese.
