  1. For some the underlying cause Cannot be fixed.thats the problem. Medication is the only answer for some.otherwise they could die from their depression.

  26.  @mikel4526  at the same time people could die without them because their depression is so severe.for some they are caught between feeling that they want to die and taking Meds. So they might die any way without their Meds. As I said before for some it's a matter of life or death as depression is so dangerous to someone untreated. Poisonous or not they are saving lives.
