So why are all the fat nerds the smartest?

I eat between 4 & 5pm only. I feel a lot cleaner & much less foggy. I have also reduced processed food by 90%. I just need to variate my diet again & ill be happy. I ate 100% raw food for 2 years & was never healthier! Every aspect if me was in too form. Plenty of fermented foods. & 100% home made. It was only veg fruit & nuts & seeds. But it was a full time job! I cant do that any more sadly.

@MikewatchesYouTube5758 organic only means no pesticides, it does not exclude GMO. I would argue GMO is worse

@vincp5490 Maybe its because hes 75 and living a healthy life. The point that hes making is very clearly no processed food. from garden to plate is the MOST HEALTHY way to eat. if you raise a cow and then eati it fine, same with chicken, pigs, sheep and most of all vergitables and fresh fruit.. All you took from this was that fact he didn't mention eating meat.. seems like you have more of an issue with him not mentioning eating meat than what was actually being said.

@vincp5490 what you want and what the reality is are 2 different things. the Video is unbalanced Meat propaganda and is not looking at the balance of health. just like so many of the experts on both sides.. they sell what people buy.. its got bugger all to do with health. Many top sports people moved away from a meat based diet. they went full Veggi.. and they are killing it. Some of the healthiest countries in the world have an at least 60% Veggi diet.. The meat industry are fighting back at the moment because to may people are eating less meat.. thats why you have all this propaganda about eating carnivore diet.. and people like you are lapping it up.. I eat simple clean food.. I don't eat anything from a box of a package. I make it all from scratch. I eat once a day and I have never been able to eat meat from a chiled/baby I would just spit it out.. As a tten I had health conditions (I was eating some meats) I stopped and started a clean Veggi based diet.. ALLL of them went away. I haven't had a cold or ANY illness in over 30 years.. I geat Veg and from time to time I eat an egg when I feel like it.. I build muscle, I am fitter than my meat eating friends who follow all the "nutritional guides" for building muscle. they take all the supplements and eat all livers and water, you name it. I am more focused and energetic, I have more stamina, recover faster doing the same workouts.. I got a degree in nutrition my self so I can better workout how to eat.. and it works incredibly. I spend about $300 a month less on food. I have helped many many people back to heath by getting them to eat more Veg, I have reversed the diabeties of 3 family members with salad.. they are off the meds and have lost a LOT of weight.. If you cared about health then you would not shut down a integral part of eating healthy.. Veggi power! Just remember population boomed after agriculture was acheaved.. not when wen we were farming animals.. let that sink in. So suck it up buttercup.. eating meat is not the be all and end all of diet..

@TreeGirlDesigns that's simply not true. It may be for some but its not true for many. May people haven't got a clue how to eat. I know of many Vegans who have been so for well over 40 years. they are the picture of health. If you go vegan & eat processed crap then you are going to get sick. not because Vegan. because C.R.A.P food.
