  1. Juice from concentrate is not even juice anymore it’s a syrup. Just like a soda. Caffeinated drinks (tea, coffee) inhibit the absorption of nutrients, so best to wait 2-4h before eating anything after drinking or you are wasting up to %60-%70 of the nutrients you consume.
