I have to say this again.. but I wouldn't use a Kamikoto to spread butter on my toast. they are to blunt. held an edge as well as me air India butter knife I stole in the 80's I sharpened.. it didn't.. I brought a set and in a week it was so blunt. its shitty chineese steel. Get a real knife don't waste your money on a Kamikoto just donate money to paul!
