  3. Living on the Ontario Province shore of Lake Ontario, I can only imagine that "war" on the Great Lakes which was taking place starting in 1812. Waterway in that region of the Great Lakes, it was only ONE effective way of travelling and supplying settlements with all their needs. That is the whole truth !!!!

Polish military vessel, destroyer ORP (ship of the Republic of Poland) "PIORUN" actually under the night cover and bad weather condition, furiously rushed into the confrontation with monstrous German battleship BISMARCK, signaling of being a Polish military vessel. Destroyer PIORUN even shoots one salvo, but after that, it made a quick turn and ran away, not wanted to be devastated by the returning salvo from the BISMARCK's big caliber naval guns. With that action, for sure they increased the Greman sailors their blood pressure !!!! It was a kinda crazy show-up, but who said that Poles are not a bit crazy, sometimes ?? :o))

Polish vessel shot one salvo and made a quick turn, escaping into the darkness of the night from the German potential heavy guns salvo. It was a more psychological approach rather than military action because ORP "Piorun" main order was to shadow this German monster, but not to fight without any chance. For sure that way, Poles increased German blood pressure, showing them, that you can rollover the Polish soil, but not Polish soldiers, even when the ratio is 40:1, like in the battle of Wizna or Westerplatte in September of 1939 <<<<

So, all of those components, helped them to brake for the first time the ENIGMA Code !!!! This was a great sucess of Polish Cryphtology and Polish science, which had to be deeply covered up by Polish counter intelligence of famous "The Second Department" of Polish Intelligence Agency !!!! >> Poles shared their knowledge for FREE, with French & Brits in the summer of 1939, just before Germans & Soviets together attacked the borders of the Second Republic of Poland. Famous brilliant British mathematician Mr. Alan Turing has been in contact and being consulted by the Polish Cypher Bureau in UK, before he even started to build his own, more advenced model of the cryptological BOMB.
