  3. Totalitarian countries ...... they DO NOT have any LEGAL, or environmental issues to work with ...... so they can build whatever they want, of course !!!! Unfortunately, it is another side of the coin, which MANY people don't want to see, or hear about it !!!! China is still a COMMUNIST fully TOTALITARIAN country, where nobody can be in opposition to the government, and where a single citizen's rights means less then ZERO !!!! >> Amen.
