  2. LED billboards ... they should be RESTRICTED or even BANNED everywhere !!!! The orange glow of HPS street lamps is going better through the FOG. during the night foggy conditions, rather then 5000*K+, which they are poorly designed with their back defusers, LED cheap and crappy street lamp fixtures !!!! AMEN.
