  1. Is it still bad for me as an Indian guy to want to date a foreign woman who is an expat in our city? I am a 23 year old guy living in Bangalore in India but born in Siliguri in West Bengal in India. Idk when I will go abroad but as Bangalore is a big metropolitan city and the IT hub of India, foreigners do come here as expats. Today I went to this really posh area of our city and saw this white Caucasian woman walking on the sidewalk. Usually I used to be shy near women but today I said her excuse me and she said yes and then we begin our conversation. She looked to be anywhere within 26-35 age range(28-30 age range is the most likely). She is indeed an expat working in an IT company in the area. I then introduced myself and said her that I am an MBA student now and then asked where she is from and she said she is from Germany. Yeah she is a German and the conversation was decent but brief and she was friendly and smiling while talking with me. Then she did handshake and said each other it was nice to meet you and we went our own ways. As an introvert, I was pretty nervous while talking to her so forgot to ask her Instagram for further connection and idk whether I will meet her again and idk when I will again go to that posh area. I am also not sure whether she is even single or not. I also talked with a French woman near my University over 2 months ago where I am studying MBA but the conversation was much more brief. She was a foreign exchange student in another nearby University so she was definitely within 22-26 age range. I was nervous so didn't ask her socials as well and sadly never saw her again. Should I go for this German woman I met today and try to meet her again or maybe try to meet more foreign expat women?

The 1st woman who looked about 27-35 age range was wearing earphones so she never noticed me. The 2nd woman looked older probably in her late 30s or even early 40s and she wasn't even wearing earphones but she still didn't even look at me when I said her excuse me. I saw another younger white blonde woman who was definitely in her mid or late 20s but she was on a bicycle so I had no chance. I even saw a Hispanic and East Asian woman in another part of the city 2 weeks ago but was shy to talk to them. The only time this cold approach worked was 2 months ago with a French woman near my University where I am studying MBA but the conversation was brief and I never met her again.
