I've been in CBT therapy a long time consistently, over 20 years, and I question a little bit.. quite a lot, the part at 1:28:00, about sharing issues/problems, because of the potential of trauma bonding. Avoid that at all costs. I would not want to share too many issues until you've been with a person a few months perhaps.
