  3. If you want "consistency", you won't get it, because the properties are owned by different owners all over the world. As for amenities like a/c, you need to click into the Amenities tab, to see which amenties your potential airbnb has before you book. There's another way to do it, not sure if I can remember, but you can screen it before you book. Many areas, like the northern US and Canada, don't even routinely use a/c or have it installed..
