  6. Without a signed length of time in the contract, such as a cell phone contract or apartment lease, it will not go on billing you indefinitely without providing service and expect payment. That is not how most of these subscription plans work.

Being a beligerant person myself, I've been doing the opposite of what we've been told to do since "PC" was a thing in the 90's. Not because I believe one way or the other, but because someone isn't going to tell me I can't say something. Don't let them groom you.

  8. I definitely have been using AdBlock for many years. Edit: I don't, and never will, pay for Youtube premium, I don't use my phone to watch Youtube, my phone doesn't get cell data, I am far too rural, so it's useless. I have to use my desktop so I have to be parked. My use is limited. I won't sit and watch shows anyway. What would it take? Maybe maid service, a hairstylist, how about a gardender, and maybe a chef showing up. Maybe a hot guy, why not. All in person.

  9. Your landlord, who owns the building, had these things installed. It has nothing to do with your.. consent. You certainly don't need to consent to something that isn't yours. It's not your building, you rent it. Save up, buy your own place, and install whatever hardware you desire.

  10. It's ok, Louis. My boyfriend is a complete nutter, too. He doesn't wear weird shoes but he goes ballistic on texts. Yet he thinks he maintains a belief he's easygoing (he's not.. I walk on eggshells). People in relationships are nuts. So I put my phone in airplane mode and stuck in a faraday bag and am out chilling on my porch... his texts will look like I dropped off the earth. Then the calls will start. lol Great job on the video :)

  11. Actually, I think you can say whatever you want on your own property. It's not up to any company to police anyone's foul language. Companies should be busy generating sales, not concerned about politics, racism, whatever. I haven't spent a lot of time on this, but what about smartphones? They listen to everything. How do we eliminate them from listening (besides faraday cages)? Iphone.

If I want to burn a cross on my lawn, I have the right to do that, although I think they tend to set up burning crosses on OTHER people's lawns.. but you get what I'm trying to say... freedom on my property, say whatever I want etc.... on my own property!!! I have a multiracial family, by the way. Companies need to concentrate on making money for themselves and shareholders, not politics and forcing beliefs like it's the middle ages.

  15. My man, we don't tip mechanics. We tip waitstaff. Also, I would like to add that a neglected party is hotel cleaners/maids. TIP THEM. Who do we NOT tip? Baristas. We do not tip takeout staff. They do not provide service, you are waiting on yourself.

  17. I just like that you said simp so many times. I've never paid for Youtube, as much as they keep trying. I do let it roll in my pocket for free. No offense to anyone but I think you'd have to be an imbicile to pay for Youtube premium. But I consider it a challenge not to pay for digital crap.

  18. Wearing logos are cheesy anyway, anything to do with LV and showing off logos is lame. LVMH owns many, many sub companies (75 including Tiffany, LV, Sephora, Christian Dior, Fendi, Bulgari, etc.), which many people might be surprised to find out, are NOT marketed to the rich, but to low middle class people, to unload their wallets, so these people can compete amoung themselves while showing off logos. Thanks, Louis, for letting us know more about the tactics of these lowball companies.

  20. How embarassing to have everything you've ever said, despite 20+ years of therapy, that is a lot of have to ever see again. All the less than clever comments, things I should have said better, What I said to ruin relationships and how it was actually my fault. Just great. Also how creepy. I guess you could get a dedicated mini keyboard for it, but having to pay for a separate burner and monthly connection if you don't already run an android, example Mint Mobile, etc.. please have the fellow run it on an iphone so we can use existing phones.

You know, I didn't want to talk about this too much, but several years ago before there was a law against this, (putting this disclaimer up on purpose) I became aware of Amazon reviews and the competitive nature of these reviewers and the "Top 100" reviewer (etc) badge. Around 2013, I went on Fiverr and began writing product descriptions and reviews for Amazon. I graduated to a dedicated email for Amazon reviews and until Amazon kicked me off, I quickly moved up the ranks to #37 top reviewer on Amazon. Piles of boxes arrived daily. This is no joke. I have pictures and this email is still active, although I don't check it. I could do 5 reviews a week on this account. Sellers begged for it. High dollar crap merchandise, which got better the higher you ranked on the review list.

  27. I don't really know what you are talking about, but I'm watch and trying to figure it out. Seems to me, Reddit is just an updated 90's forum model. I don't see the point. There are lots of communication modes these days. Who cares if they blackout for a couple days? It would be better if everyone goes offline and has face to face communication once in a while. Am I dreaming? I think Reddit is irritating because it never figures out my login and always creates me a new login. Whatever. I like your cat lol

  28. I'm sorry. If it makes you feel any better, I'm not even sure my last boyfriend was real or if he was an alien. I know that sounds weird, but he was a covert narcissist.. diagnosed. Very reptilian. Didn't even understand most of what he said. But then, I always wanted a mute boyfriend so I tried to tune him out.

  30. I realize this is an old video, I will comment just the same :) I would add that respect also includes: respecting the other person's time. Actually the list that I was about to type out, along with what Louis is talking about in this video, is all about etiquette. You can have a heated discussion or a fight, and agree to disagree, in a nice way, while keeping in mind the other person's feelings (etiquette is really about protecting how other people feel). After having been in therapy for over 15 years, I've learned a lot about my own boundaries and etiquette. You can't control other people.

  38. Minut device. Sold initially to be all inclusive, then it all changes a couple of years later to a subscription plan and it's a brick. I did ignore it initially and argued with them the first year they tried it (successfully) but now my two devices are just bricks. They also require home address information.
