  6. I believe cops aren't responding, because they know judges won't prosecute. That's the real issue. Judges need to prosecute! 10 year minimum.

  7. Hey, maybe I'm the only one with common sense or maybe I'm just a genius, but is there some reason they aren't stopping cars at the port? I know I must have a 150 IQ for suggesting this. Such as putting cops at the port specifically to check containers before they are allowed out?
